Author Guidelines
The following guidelines for prospective authors apply:
Abstracts are written in Indonesian and English and typed single-spaced. Abstracts count 250-350 words.
Articles should be approximately 6000 words long; however, both shorter and longer manuscripts will be considered.
Articles could be based on either conceptual or empirical research findings.
Manuscripts should be submitted for consideration by email attachment; Microsoft Word is preferred.
Notes should be numbered in the form of a bodynote.
Unless otherwise indicated earlier, abbreviations should be avoided. Titles of journals should be written out in full.
The References refer to APA 7th Edition. Ensure that every reference cited in the manuscript is in the references and vice versa. Avoid excessive self-citations and excessive publication citations from a single source. Check each reference against the original source (author name, volume, issue, year, DOI Number). Agus Fakhrudin, “Nilai-Nilai Karakter Dalam Kebijakan Nasional Pengeloaan Guru,” in The First Internatonal Conference on Islamic Education (Bandung: Prodi Pendidikan Ilmu Agama Islam UPI, 2016), 71–72.
All article manuscripts will be peer-reviewed by qualified academics in the field; this is a process that may take weeks or months.
Manuscripts may be edited for style prior to publication.
Authors should be willing to respond to questions from readers of their articles.
