PENGARUH POSTER TERHADAP TINGKAT DISIPLIN KARYAWAN BAGIAN UMUM DI PERUMDA TIRTA AMPERA, BOYOLALI

Employee discipline is a key factor in maintaining the efficiency and productivity of an
organization, including regional companies such as PERUMDA Tirta Ampera. This article
aims to determine the increase in employee discipline in the General Section of PERUMDA
Tirta Ampera, Boyolali by using discipline poster media. The service method uses a pretestposttest design with 13 employees representing various sub-sections in the General Department
as respondents. Data was collected through observation, interview, and questionnaires which
focused on disciplinary aspects such as punctuality, use of facilities, responsibility, and
compliance with office rules. Disciplinary posters were given as a psychoeducational medium
for one week to all respondents. The results of data analysis using the paired sample t-test
showed an increase in the level of discipline after the psychoeducation poster (p = 0.040). These
results confirm that the use of discipline posters is effective in increasing employee discipline
in the PERUMDA Tirta Ampera work environment. The practical implication of this research
is the importance of using visual strategies such as posters to improve discipline in regional
companies.
