The city of Semarang is determined to reduce nutritional problems, especially among school-age teenagers. In 2018, Riskesdas data shows that of the percentage of adolescents aged 16–18 years in Semarang City, 2.67% are classified as very short, 14.85 are classified as short, 0.43% are classified as very thin, 11.65% are classified as thin, and 6.92% are classified as obese. The image and concern about health and nutrition among adolescents, especially schoolchildren, is a very important issue. Lack of knowledge related to nutrition will also interfere with a person's ability to apply nutritional information in everyday life. Nutrition education at a young age is one strategy to increase a person's knowledge. Nutrition education can be done through counseling. Counseling regarding balanced nutrition for school teenagers can be useful for increasing knowledge and is expected to change teenage behavior. Community service activities were carried out at Al-Fattah Terboyo High School, Semarang City, with a total of 31 participants. This activity was carried out using the counseling method and leaflet media. The extension activities ran smoothly and were marked by the enthusiasm of the students for participating in them. This service activity has shown an increase in the knowledge of students at Al-Fattah Terboyo High School. Before the counseling was carried out, the level of knowledge of students in the good category was 22.6%, and after the counseling was carried out, the level of knowledge of students in the good category increased to 48.4%.
