Indonesia has many amazing natural tourist destinations, one of which is Gua Tetes which is located in Sidomulyo village, Lumajang. This cave is famous for its natural beauty marked by unique stalactite and stalagmite formations. The water flow that flows through this cave adds to the beauty and creates a cool atmosphere, making Gua Tetes an attraction for local tourists and local tigers. The aim of this research is to analyze the problems that exist in Gua Tetes tourism which still require development of both infrastructure and facilities. Our group's data collection technique is using the ABCD method. In this method we collect data through observation, interviews and documentation at Gua Tetes tourism. One of the work programs promoted by UINSA KKN students was to build a gate as an area barrier between the Tumpak Sewu tourist attraction and Gua Tetes. The aim of establishing this gate is to reduce misinformation from local and foreign tourists regarding the location of Gua Tetes, which is often considered the same as the Tumpak Sewu tourist attraction. This is necessary because based on surveys and short interviews conducted by KKN students, many tourists feel confused regarding the location of Gua Tetes because it is in the same area as Tumpak Sewu Waterfall.
