Abstract

This review discusses the book "The 2024 Legislative Election Disputes," which is a collection of writings on the topic of legal problem-solving management, containing the experiences of KPU members as election organizers while providing in-depth analysis and critical evaluation of the implementation and legal issues in the 2024 Legislative Election in Indonesia. The writing of this book is driven by various notes from the resolution of legal issues accompanying the election process, starting from the nomination stages to the Election Result Dispute (PHPU) at the Constitutional Court. This book review concludes that in the contest of legislative election implementation involving thousands of legislative candidates from various levels, it is marked by disputes arising from differences in legal interpretation and differences in the way laws are applied, as well as other reasons related to procedures, mechanisms, and protocols.
