Lack of Interference With Editorial Decisions

The relationship between Journal Editors-in-Chief and Owners in this journal adopts the World Association of Medical Editors’ definition of editorial freedom, which holds that editors-in-chief have full authority over the entire editorial content of their journal and the timing of publication of that content. All articles published by AL WASATH Jurnal Ilmu Hukum  are peer-reviewed and assessed by our independent editorial boards. When making an editorial decision, we expect the editorial team to make their decision based only upon:

• The suitability of selected reviewers;
• Adequacy of reviewer comments and author response;
• Overall scientific quality of the paper.

In our journal are informed of the mission to make science and research findings open and accessible as widely and rapidly as possible.
